I forgot my password, What do I do?

Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an email at your registered email address with instructions to create a new password. You can also email us at info@skipzapparel.com and we will send you the reset link.

How is my order delivered?

Skipz Apparel uses R2S and Fetchr for all orders. All orders must be signed for upon delivery; Courier will give you a ring prior to paying you a visit. Deliveries are usually 24-48 hours. If you need a faster delivery let us know. For more information on delivery visit our shipping information page. 

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have 7 days from the date of receipt to send it back to us. Send us an email and we will arrange to collect old items and re-ship new ones.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can use Guest Checkout option, however we encourage you to create an account so you can track your orders and manage returns. 

What payment methods does Skipz Apparel accept?

Skipz Apparel accepts cash on delivery only. 

Which countries do you ship to?

So far, we ship in Egypt and U.A.E only. 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched (confirmation email not yet sent), send us an email and we can amend it for you. 

Can I track my order?

Not really but you can always write to us or call at anytime.
